    Yes. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • How long does it take to request a refund or exchange?
    You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.
  • How do I start the return or exchange process?

  • Who bears the return costs?
    The customer assumes shipping costs for all returns or exchanges.

Limited Orders

  • What happens if a product is out of stock?
    Anime Street Couture offers limited quantities at affordable prices so each garment is unique and gains value over time. If a product sells out, we will be releasing new designs. Please note that if a package is returned, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
