Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. From that link, you will be able to check the updated status of the shipment. You can also use the " Track your order" page on our website.
No. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but any local tax, import duty, customs fee, or administrative cost at the destination is borne by the buyer. Anime Street Couture does not control nor can it assume these amounts.
Sometimes it can take a few hours for the tracking to update from the moment the courier picks up the package.
If the tracking remains stuck longer than usual or exceeds the estimated delivery time, please write to us at "Contact" indicating your order number.
If the tracking number has not yet been generated, you can write to us at "Contact" indicating your order number and the new address. If the order has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot guarantee the change.
No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the size or the unit. For drops or limited products, the item is only confirmed when the order is successfully completed at checkout.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return or exchange, provided that the item meets the established conditions.
Go to the “Make a return” page and fill out the form. We will review your request and you will receive an email with the necessary instructions within 48 hours.
The customer assumes the shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.
If the item received is defective or does not match the order placed, Anime Street Couture will cover the shipping costs and provide a solution at no cost to the customer.

ASC vouchers are a promotional action by Anime Street Couture. They allow you to accumulate vouchers with qualifying purchases and later redeem them for a free item available in store.
You will receive a bonus on orders over €64.95. One bonus per order is granted, regardless of the total purchase amount.
You need to collect 4 ASC vouchers. Once you have collected them, you will be able to choose a free item of clothing available in the store at that time, always subject to stock and available sizes.
To request an exchange, email help@animestreetcouture.com with the corresponding order numbers, photographs of the vouchers obtained, and the selected garment along with the desired size. Once verified, you will receive an exclusive code to place the order from the website.
No. ASC vouchers are personal and non-transferable. They must be associated with the person making the exchange and verifiable.
