Return & Exchange Policy
Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Conditions
Items must be returned in perfect condition, meaning:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Odor-free
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid return label at no charge.
- If a refund is issued, the original shipping costs will be deducted:
- Mainland Spain: €5
- Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €10
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Send an email to help@animestreetcouture.com including your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
- Once your return is approved, send the package to:
