1. Processing & Delivery Times

*Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. Weekends and local holidays are excluded.
2. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package is collected by the courier.
You can track your shipment in real time via the link provided.
3. Shipping Costs & Customs
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs duties and import taxes: the customer is responsible for any customs charges, local taxes, or administrative fees in the destination country.
Anime Street Couture has no control over these charges and is not responsible for them.
4. Delivery Issues
If your tracking status stops updating or exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us at help@animestreetcouture.com including your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the courier on your behalf.
5. Address Changes
Once the tracking number has been generated, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
